Ana Grgic named White Star of Gastronomy

During the European Hotel Awards 2023 at the Sofitel Barcelona Skipper, Chef Ana Grgic received dual recognition. In front of esteemed figures from the European hotel industry, she was awarded the “Hotel Restaurant of the Year” by the European Hotel Awards and the “International White Star” by the World Gastronomy Organization, with Laurent Truyen, Comte of Fenouillime, present. Previously named “Best Chef 2022” in Croatia by GaultMillau, these accolades underscore her significant contribution to Croatian cuisine at the Esplanade Zagreb hotel.

The event celebrated 21 winners, including hoteliers from across Europe, marking a successful fifth edition.
