The World Gastronomy Organization (WGO) is excited to announce the appointment of Mina Hanafi as its new President. This pivotal moment in the organization’s history, originally established by Mr. Laurent Truyen, Count of Fenouillime, highlights its dedication to innovation, cultural heritage preservation, and global culinary excellence.

Mina Hanafi, who hails from the Kingdom of Morocco, brings a wealth of experience and limitless creativity to her new position. With over 18 years in the luxury hospitality and culinary industries, Mina Hanafi has consistently shown her passion for the culinary arts and cultural diplomacy. As a founding member of WGO and representative for Africa and the United Arab Emirates, she has been instrumental in showcasing the rich culinary traditions of these regions on the global stage.
